On budget: Your project will be completed within your approved budget, even if we don’t get it done within ours. Our sophisticated, 88 step computerized estimating process is so detailed and accurate that less than 2.3% of our revenue comes from change orders. (The industry average is 20%.) You won’t pay for our mistakes.
On time: The result of remodeling should be a lasting dream…not a nightmare that never ends. Since over 70% of our work comes from referrals from satisfied customers we can’t afford to be irresponsible, or to have dissatisfied customers. We avoid inconvenient delays by keeping a full time scheduler on staff. Schedule changes are inevitable, but when they do occur it’s our policy to notify you in advance so disruptions to your schedule are minimized.
